Pad Thai Recipe
Ingredients
- a few days ago i made my fave recipe, which is pad thai. it was actually a very long time ago i last made this, so i thought i would post the recipe again. its one of the best things you can possibly eat (in my opinion) ? #vegan
- pad thai recipe:
- peanut butter sauce:
- 1,5 dl hot water
- 1 dl peanut butter
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- add everything to a bowl and stir. put aside.
- 270 g tofu
- 1 onion
- 3 stems of spring onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 head of broccoli
- 0,5 dl sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 portions of rice noodles (180g)
Preparation
Fry off the chopped onion and the spring onion in a big wok pan, is some liquid
I use water instead of oil
Chop the veggies, peel the carrots and add them to the pan - carrots, broccoli, chestnut, pineapple and the prepared tofu
Boil the rice noodles and add them as well
Now time for the liquids and spieces
Add salt + pepper, the pb sauce and the other liquids
Stir everything together and serve
Top the pad thai off with raw chopped spring onions and sesame seeds for some crunch
