Pad Thai Recipe

Ingredients

  • a few days ago i made my fave recipe, which is pad thai. it was actually a very long time ago i last made this, so i thought i would post the recipe again. its one of the best things you can possibly eat (in my opinion) ? #vegan
  • pad thai recipe:
  • peanut butter sauce:
  • 1,5 dl hot water
  • 1 dl peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • add everything to a bowl and stir. put aside.
  • 270 g tofu
  • 1 onion
  • 3 stems of spring onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 0,5 dl sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 portions of rice noodles (180g)

Preparation

  1. Fry off the chopped onion and the spring onion in a big wok pan, is some liquid

  2. I use water instead of oil

  3. Chop the veggies, peel the carrots and add them to the pan - carrots, broccoli, chestnut, pineapple and the prepared tofu

  4. Boil the rice noodles and add them as well

  5. Now time for the liquids and spieces

  6. Add salt + pepper, the pb sauce and the other liquids

  7. Stir everything together and serve

  8. Top the pad thai off with raw chopped spring onions and sesame seeds for some crunch

  9. Enjoy
