Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 175g wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 175g plain flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g sweet granules @wholeearthsc_uk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml soya milk

Preparation

  1. First mix together the flax seed and water and set aside. Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl mash the banana, then stir in the flax mixture, vanilla and soya milk. Finally, pour this into the dry mixture and mix well to combine

  2. Spoon into well-greased doughnut moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack

  3. I decorated mine with vegan white chocolate and star sprinkles
