Mac N' Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked japanese sweet potato (with the yellow inside)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2/3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black salt (or sea salt)

Preparation

  1. Blend in a high speed blender or food processor until creamy. Add additional plant based milk by the tablespoon until desired consistency is reached

  2. Mix cooked pasta in cheeze sauce. Set aside

  3. Prepare your favorite pizza crust and sauce - gluten free if desired

  4. Put a layer of pizza sauce on your crust and then add a nice layer of the mac n' cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Serve any leftover mac n' cheese on the side with a huge raw salad
