High Protein Portobello Veggie Burger
Ingredients
- 75g Quorn mince
- 1 egg
- 1 slice Vogels bread
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- coconut oil
- halloumi
- spinach
- salsa
Preparation
Fry the burger in coconut oil until cooked.
Top with halloumi, spinach, and salsa.
