Vegan Banana Doughnuts with Stevia Sweetener
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 6 tbsp water
- 175g wholemeal self-raising flour
- 175g plain flour
- 100g sugar
- 50g Sweet Granules
- 1 large banana (140g)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 200ml soya milk
Preparation
Mix together the flax seed and water and set aside.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl mash the banana, then stir in the flax mixture, vanilla and soya milk.
Pour this into the dry mixture and mix well to combine.
Spoon into well-greased doughnut moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Decorate with vegan white chocolate and star sprinkles.
