Quick Miso Ramen Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- A thumbsize piece of ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- Oil for sautéing
- 2 cups water (500ml)
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or vinegar
- 3 servings of noodles
Optional
- 1 teaspoon Gochujang
- Pak choi
- Tofu
- Chili oil for topping
Preparation
Saute the onion, ginger, and garlic in oil for a couple of minutes.
Add water, miso paste, soy sauce, sugar, optional Gochujang, and lime juice or vinegar, then let it simmer while preparing the toppings.
Fry the tofu until crispy and saute the pak choi.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
Serve the noodles in a bowl, pour over the broth, add the toppings, and top with chili oil if desired.
