Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan and Truffle Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup shredded vegan parmesan cheese (Available from @marketplace.lw )
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil (available at @marketplace.lw )
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place them on a baking tray.

  2. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned and serve.

  3. You can substitute Brussels sprouts with broccoli or cauliflower for variation.
