Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan and Truffle Oil
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup shredded vegan parmesan cheese (Available from @marketplace.lw )
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil (available at @marketplace.lw )
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper as needed
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned and serve.
You can substitute Brussels sprouts with broccoli or cauliflower for variation.
