Cheesecake Tartlets with Strawberries and Crumble
Ingredients
Crust
- 250g flour
- 150g butter
- 50g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
Cheese filling
- 500g cottage cheese
- 70g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 40g vanilla pudding powder
Crumble
- 50g sugar
- 50g flour
- 50g butter
Strawberries
- 300g strawberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare tartlet molds.
Mix crust ingredients to form dough and press into molds.
Bake crust until golden, about 15 minutes, then cool.
Mix cheese filling ingredients until smooth.
Pour filling into cooled crust.
Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the filling.
Bake until filling is set and crumble is golden, about 30-40 minutes.
Cool completely, add strawberries on top, and serve.
