Berry Pie with Cottage Cheese Filling
Ingredients
- 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 230 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 grams butter
Cottage cheese filling
- 250 grams cottage cheese
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 egg and 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- vanilla sugar
- 250 grams berries
Preparation
Mix the egg, sugar, and salt to create the egg mixture.
Mix flour with baking powder and soft butter at room temperature into crumbs and pour in the egg mixture.
Spread the dough in the pan and chill in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, blend the remaining ingredients for the filling.
Sprinkle berries on the base and pour the filling on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
