Chocolate Pizza with Peanut Butter Banana Fresh Berries
Ingredients
- 300 ml oat flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 75 ml water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp agave
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
Toppings
- 1 banana
- 100 g strawberries
- 30 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp vegan milk
- 1 tsp agave
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175C. Remove the base plate from a spring form (approx. 25 cm diameter). Cut a piece of parchment paper a few cm larger than the plate, place the paper on the plate and fasten the side piece.
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl or food processor. Add water, oil, agave and vanilla, quickly mix the dough, put it in the form and press it to an even base. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-17 mins until golden brown around the edges. Take it out, loosen the side of the form and transfer the paper with the pizza to a cutting board. Allow to cool a few mins. If you don’t want to serve it on the paper, you can transfer it to a serving dish or cutting board when it has cooled.
Slice the banana and berries.
Spread peanut butter over the pizza base.
Melt the chocolate in a pan on low heat. Add milk and agave, stir until smooth.
Spread the sauce over the peanut butter, save a little to drizzle. Add banana slices and berries, drizzle the remaining sauce and add peanuts.
