Crispy Crinkle Fries with Sriracha Ketchup and Easy Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe avocados
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • potatoes
  • olive oil
  • black pepper

Preparation

  1. For easy guacamole: Mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice of 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste.

  2. For crinkle fries: Use a crinkle cutter to cut potatoes.

  3. Toss with a little olive oil, salt and black pepper.

  4. Roast at 400F until crispy.

  5. Flip after about 15 minutes and continue to cook until golden brown.

  6. Note: These are not oil-free because kids were craving the real thing; usually made oil-free with a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
