Crispy Crinkle Fries with Sriracha Ketchup and Easy Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 very ripe avocados
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- potatoes
- olive oil
- black pepper
Preparation
For easy guacamole: Mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice of 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste.
For crinkle fries: Use a crinkle cutter to cut potatoes.
Toss with a little olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Roast at 400F until crispy.
Flip after about 15 minutes and continue to cook until golden brown.
Note: These are not oil-free because kids were craving the real thing; usually made oil-free with a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
