Easy Oven-Baked Smoked Chili Lime Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Once tofu is pressed, cut into cubes.

  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except tofu and mix together evenly.

  4. Add in tofu and toss together with a spatula until fully coated.

  5. Place tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
