Smoked Chili Lime Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.

  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the tofu and mix together evenly.

  4. Add the tofu and toss together with a spatula until fully coated.

  5. Place the tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
