Smoked Chili Lime Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning

Preparation

  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  3. Cut the tofu into cubes.

  4. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except tofu and mix together evenly.

  5. Add in tofu and toss with a spatula until fully coated.

  6. Place tofu on a lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  1. Pair with avocado, organic white jasmine rice, greens, and sautéed bok choy, mushrooms, and peppers in soy sauce and chili lime seasoning.
