Flourless Banana Bread with Oats

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups oats (substitute with gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of sea salt

Optional add-ins

  • walnuts
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

  4. Optionally stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
