Flourless Banana Bread with Oats
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups oats (substitute with gluten-free if needed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- sprinkle of sea salt
Optional add-ins
- walnuts
- chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Optionally stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
