Dairy-Free Banana Bread Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Optional toppings

  • Natural peanut butter
  • Enjoy Life chocolate
  • Shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Add dry ingredients to the bowl.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes.

Tips

  1. Top with natural peanut butter, chocolate, and shredded coconut as desired.

  2. Add more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
