Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup @glutenfreemama1 pancake/waffle mix
  • 1 scoop @oriyaorganics paleo protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp. maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp. @naturevibeusa ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • enough almond milk to make it a good consistency

Preparation
