Paleo Waffles with Four Different Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup birchbenders paleo pancake mix
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
  • 1/2 avocado
  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 banana
  • cashew butter
  • spinach
  • egg
  • ghee

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 cup birchbenders paleo pancake mix with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon in a bowl.

  2. Preheat a mini waffle maker.

  3. Cook the batter in the waffle maker to make 4 mini waffles.

  4. For the avocado topping, mash 1/2 avocado and season with everything but the bagel seasoning.

  5. For the chocolate topping, add strawberries and enjoylifefoods chocolate chips.

  6. For the banana topping, slice 1/2 banana and drizzle with cashew butter.

  7. For the spinach topping, sauté spinach and fry an egg in ghee.

  8. Assemble by topping the waffles with the prepared toppings of your choice.
