Paleo Pumpkin Waffles Breakfast with Eggs and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup birchbenders pumpkin spice paleo mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 cup birchbenders pumpkin spice paleo mix with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.

  2. Cook the mixture in a mini waffle maker to make 2 mini waffles.

  3. Fry 1 egg in ghee.

  4. Sauté kale.

  5. Serve with 1/2 avocado and strawberries.
