Sweet and Savory Paleo Pancake Tacos
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup birchbenders paleo pancake mix
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- cinnamon
- blueberries
- 1/4 cup fage yogurt
- 1 egg
- spinach
- cashew butter
- 1/4 banana
Preparation
Mix 3/4 cup paleo pancake mix with 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and cinnamon to make batter.
Cook the batter to make 3 small pancakes.
Warm the blueberries.
Fry one egg.
Sauté the spinach.
Assemble each pancake by adding warmed blueberries, 1/4 cup yogurt, fried egg, sautéed spinach, and a spoonful of cashew butter with 1/4 banana.
