Paleo Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.

  2. Heat and grease a waffle maker.

  3. Add the batter and set a timer for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove with a spatula when done.
