Paleo Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato (peeled)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together well.
Heat and grease a waffle maker.
Add the batter and set a timer for 10 minutes.
Remove with a spatula when done.
