Healthy Bean Brownies
Ingredients
- 3 dl oat flour
- 2 dl rice flour
- 0,5 dl cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 can of black beans (380g)
- 1 dl melted coconut oil
- 1,5 dl oatmilk
- 0,5 dl agave syrup
- 200 g melted dark chocolate
Preparation
Blend all the dry ingredients in a bowl
In a food processor, add the liquids and the beans and blend until everything is smooth
Add the dry ingredients and blend everything together
Pour the dough into a greased pan and put in the oven for 20 minutes, 175 degrees
I added whipped cream, white chocolate and strawberries on top of my brownies)
