Healthy Bean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 dl oat flour
  • 2 dl rice flour
  • 0,5 dl cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 can of black beans (380g)
  • 1 dl melted coconut oil
  • 1,5 dl oatmilk
  • 0,5 dl agave syrup
  • 200 g melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. In a food processor, add the liquids and the beans and blend until everything is smooth

  3. Add the dry ingredients and blend everything together

  4. Pour the dough into a greased pan and put in the oven for 20 minutes, 175 degrees

  5. I added whipped cream, white chocolate and strawberries on top of my brownies)
