Healthy Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 15 medjoul dates
  • 50 ml melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 60 grams of roasted pecans or walnuts
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preaheat the oven to 180 c / 350 f

  2. Mix dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder and water in a food processor until smooth

  3. Add chopped dark chocolate and pecans (or walnuts) and a pinch of salt

  4. Transfer the batter into a prepared baking dish, lined with parchment paper and bake the brownie for 10-12 minutes in the oven

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting
