Healthy Salted Caramel Brownies
Ingredients
- 15 medjoul dates
- 50 ml melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- 60 grams of roasted pecans or walnuts
- 50 grams of cocoa powder
- 50 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Preaheat the oven to 180 c / 350 f
Mix dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder and water in a food processor until smooth
Add chopped dark chocolate and pecans (or walnuts) and a pinch of salt
Transfer the batter into a prepared baking dish, lined with parchment paper and bake the brownie for 10-12 minutes in the oven
Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting
