No Bake Chocolate Covered Brownies

Ingredients

  • 200 gm medjool dates ( around 13 pieces)
  • 120 ml ( 1/2 cup) tahini
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150 gm dark chocolate, melted

Preparation

  1. In a blender add dates along with tahini & blend until you have even mixture

  2. Add salt & cocoa powder & blend again to combine

  3. Press the mixture into cake tin lined with baking paper ( used 22x12 cm tin) then freeze for 30 minutes, then slice into8 squares or smaller

  4. Dip each square into the melted chocolate then place on chopping board lined with baking paper & refrigerate until chocolate is set
