Easy No-Bake Hazelnut Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
- 150 g stoned dates
- 50 g cacao
- 50 g hazelnut butter
- 100 g grounded hazelnuts
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Toppings
- pinch of salt
- dark chocolate (~ 30g)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients for the dough by using your hands or a food processor. Feel free to adjust the measurements a little, if needed (if it's too dry: add more dates or nut butter. If it's too sticky add more nuts).
Press the dough in a square form or box and place it in the fridge.
In the meanwhile melt the chocolate.
Take the brownie batter out of the form and spread the chocolate over the dough.
Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt over it.
Cut it and enjoy.
Tips
Optionally top with tigernut chocolate cream for extra chocolate flavor.
