Easy No Bake Hazelnut Brownies

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 150 g stoned dates
  • 50 g cacao
  • 50 g hazelnut butter
  • 100 g grounded hazelnuts
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Toppings

  • pinch of salt
  • dark chocolate (~30g)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for the dough using hands or a food processor; adjust measurements if needed (add more dates or nut butter if too dry, more nuts if too sticky).

  2. Press the dough into a square form or box and refrigerate; meanwhile, melt the chocolate.

  3. Remove the brownie batter from the form, spread the melted chocolate over it, sprinkle a tiny bit of salt, cut into pieces, and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Optionally top with tigernut chocolate cream for extra chocolate flavor.
