Homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • Stevia powdered equivalent to 1 cup sugar
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 cup natural peanut butter, stevia powdered equivalent to 1 cup sugar, 1 flax egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a large bowl

  2. Form the mixture into balls, then flatten with a fork in a criss-cross design

  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, or until golden

  4. Let cool completely, melt 1 teaspoon coconut oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips, dip half of each cookie in the chocolate mixture, top with sea salt, and let cool

Notes

  1. Store the cookies in the fridge due to the peanut butter and coconut oil content

  2. This recipe yields approximately 15 cookies
