Kinder Chocolate Brookie Dessert

Ingredients

Brownie batter

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 grams butter
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 50 grams flour
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams Kinder chocolate

Cookie dough

  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 170 grams flour
  • 70 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams white sugar
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 100 grams Kinder chocolate

Decoration

  • Chocolate chips for decoration

Preparation

  1. Line a 22x22 cm square mold with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C with fan setting.

  2. For brownie batter, melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave, then add the sugar and mix well.

  3. Incorporate the eggs, then the flour and chopped Kinder chocolate into the brownie mixture.

  4. Pour the brownie mixture into the mold and smooth the surface.

  5. For cookie dough, cream the butter and sugar with a whisk or mixer, then add the egg and mix well.

  6. Finish the cookie dough by adding the flour and baking soda, then the chopped Kinder chocolate, and mix quickly.

  7. Sprinkle the brownie batter with cookie dough in large crumbs, similar to a crumble.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

  9. If the cookie browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil during baking.

  10. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Tips

  1. Wet your fingers to prevent the cookie dough from sticking.
