Plant-Based Savory Donut with Mashed Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of @bobsredmill garbanzo (aka chickpea) bean flour
  • 1 zucchini (grated- used a large grater this time for bigger zucchini chunks)
  • 1/2tsp garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper
  • 1T of nutritional yeast
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1T ACV (apple cider vinegar)
  • Water to consistency (~1/4c)

Preparation

  1. Add to a donut tray and bake for 12min @ 350°
