Plant-Based Savory Donut with Mashed Avocado
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of @bobsredmill garbanzo (aka chickpea) bean flour
- 1 zucchini (grated- used a large grater this time for bigger zucchini chunks)
- 1/2tsp garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper
- 1T of nutritional yeast
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1T ACV (apple cider vinegar)
- Water to consistency (~1/4c)
Preparation
Add to a donut tray and bake for 12min @ 350°
