Pumpkin Bread with Fall Spices
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup regular flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flower sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves (nellik)
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 egg / sub w chia egg for vegan
Preparation
Cut butternut squash in smaller pieces and roast on 180C for 10-20 minutes or until tend
When done make puree by using a hand mixer then add all ingredients to a bowl and stir
Bake on 190C for 25minutes then let cool before slicing
