Pumpkin Bread with Fall Spices

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup regular flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flower sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves (nellik)
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 egg / sub w chia egg for vegan

Preparation

  1. Cut butternut squash in smaller pieces and roast on 180C for 10-20 minutes or until tend

  2. When done make puree by using a hand mixer then add all ingredients to a bowl and stir

  3. Bake on 190C for 25minutes then let cool before slicing
