Vegan Baked Corn Ribs Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2-3 corn cobs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup homemade cashew cheese
  • 1-2 tsp harissa

Preparation

  1. Cut the corn into quarters as shown in the video, and place them on a baking tray.

  2. Mix the oil, maple syrup and spices and brush the mixture onto the corn ribs.

  3. Bake for about 30-40 minutes on 200 c / 400 f.

  4. In the meantime, make the sauce by mixing the cashew cheese and the harissa.

  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley and chili flakes on the baked corn ribs, dip them in the sauce and enjoy.
