5-Ingredient Vegan Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 400ml water
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- 30g peanuts or peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- seasoning (cinnamon, cacao and ginger)
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- cacao powder
- sugar-free vegan choc drops
Preparation
Soak 2 tbsp psyllium husks in 400ml water, whisk and let it sit for 2 hours so it gets a jelly-like texture.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Put the mass in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
Throw the pudding from one bowl to another so it is upside down and use toppings as you desire.
