Creamy Yogurt Tahini Dip with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt or other
  • 1 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen, chopped) or fresh herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: a dash of fresh lemon juice
  • optional: 1/2 locust bean flour to make it thicker

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to create a cream dip.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve with bread, fries, potatoes, or more.
