Creamy Yogurt Tahini Dip with Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt or other
- 1 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
- 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen, chopped) or fresh herbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: a dash of fresh lemon juice
- optional: 1/2 locust bean flour to make it thicker
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to create a cream dip.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with bread, fries, potatoes, or more.
