Creamy Vegan Tahini Yogurt Dip with Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt or other
- 1 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
- 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen, chopped) or fresh herbs
- salt and pepper
- a dash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 locust bean flour (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to create a cream dip.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with bread, fries, potatoes or more.
