Creamy Vegan Tahini Yogurt Dip with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt or other
  • 1 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen, chopped) or fresh herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • a dash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 locust bean flour (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to create a cream dip.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve with bread, fries, potatoes or more.
