Creamy Yogurt Tahini Dip with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt or similar
  • 1 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen or chopped fresh)
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • a dash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 locust bean flour (optional, for thickness)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to create a cream dip.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve with bread, fries, potatoes, or other accompaniments.
