Creamy Yogurt Tahini Dip with Herbs
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt or similar
- 1 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tsp agave or rice syrup
- 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen or chopped fresh)
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- a dash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 locust bean flour (optional, for thickness)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to create a cream dip.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with bread, fries, potatoes, or other accompaniments.
