Healthy Porridge with Chocolate Banana Smoothie Topping

Ingredients

  • water
  • a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 date
  • plant-based milk
  • granola
  • banana
  • chopped date
  • a chunk of chocolate

Preparation

  1. Make porridge using water and stir in a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt.

  2. Prepare chocolate banana smoothie by blending 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 date, and plant-based milk.

  3. Top the porridge with the smoothie, granola, banana, chopped date, and a chunk of chocolate.

  4. Allow the chocolate to melt on top.
