Healthy Porridge with Chocolate Banana Smoothie Topping
Ingredients
- water
- a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 date
- plant-based milk
- granola
- banana
- chopped date
- a chunk of chocolate
Preparation
Make porridge using water and stir in a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt.
Prepare chocolate banana smoothie by blending 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 date, and plant-based milk.
Top the porridge with the smoothie, granola, banana, chopped date, and a chunk of chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to melt on top.
