Oat Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • oat cinnamon ice cream:
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk;
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats;
  • 1/3 cup maple or date syrup;
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein shake (i use @310nutrition organic & vegan);
  • 2 tsp cinnamon;
  • pinch sea salt;
  • Cacao nibs to taste (optional)

Preparation

  1. Beat the aquafaba in a high-speed blender until fluffy

  2. Add the coconut milk, oats, maple syrup, vanilla protein, cinnamon, pinch of sea salt and blend until well combined

  3. Mix with cacao nibs if using them

  4. Transfer to a freezer-safe pan

  5. Freeze until ready to serve
