Peanut Butter Vanilla Cauliflower Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond or cashew milk
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 2-3 tablespoons PB2 Pure or peanut butter
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder
- pinch of salt
- a few ice cubes
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth.
Top with granola and roasted peanuts.
Tips
Use frozen cauliflower to make the smoothie thick and creamy without bananas.
Cauliflower adds creaminess with less sugar and calories, and it's undetectable in taste.
