Pistachio Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled
- 1/4 cup your favourite plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup raw pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
- Dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients (except the pistachios and spiraveg) into a high speed blender or food processor, blend until thick and creamy
Stir in spiraveg and chopped pistachio nuts after the other ingredients are blended
Serve and enjoy!
