Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled
  • 1/4 cup your favourite plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
  • Dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients (except the pistachios and spiraveg) into a high speed blender or food processor, blend until thick and creamy

  2. Stir in spiraveg and chopped pistachio nuts after the other ingredients are blended

  3. Serve and enjoy!
