Protein Packed Smoothie with Manuka Honey

Ingredients

  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 200g fresh or frozen berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or blackcurrants
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 heaped teaspoon (8g) Egmont Manuka Honey
  • 60g or 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder of choice

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until thick and creamy.

  2. Best served immediately.
