Protein Packed Smoothie with Manuka Honey
Ingredients
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 200g fresh or frozen berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or blackcurrants
- 2 small bananas
- 1 heaped teaspoon (8g) Egmont Manuka Honey
- 60g or 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
- 1-2 scoops protein powder of choice
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until thick and creamy.
Best served immediately.
