Chamomile Hot Chocolate Bedtime Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons chamomile
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.

  2. Take off heat and let steep for ten minutes.

  3. Remove the tea bags or infuser, and add any additional sweetener if desired.

  4. If you have a milk frother, pour one cup at a time into it to make it frothier and more fun to drink.
