Chamomile Hot Chocolate Bedtime Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 tablespoons chamomile
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon orange peel powder
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
Take off heat and let steep for ten minutes.
Remove the tea bags or infuser, and add any additional sweetener if desired.
If you have a milk frother, pour one cup at a time into it to make it frothier and more fun to drink.
