Chamomile Hot Cocoa Bedtime Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oat milk
- 2 tablespoons of chamomile from @mountainroseherbs
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 t. orange peel powder
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
Take off heat and let steep for ten minutes.
Remove tea bags, add any additional sweetener like honey or maple syrup.
If you have a milk frother, pour one cup at a time into it to make it frothier and more fun to drink.
