Chamomile Hot Cocoa for Relaxing Sleep

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 2 T. Dried chamomile flowers from @mountainroseherbs
  • 1 T. Cocoa powder
  • 2 T. Pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 t. Orange peel powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat and let steep for ten minutes.

  3. Remove the tea bags and add additional sweetener if desired, such as honey or maple syrup.

  4. If you have a milk frother, froth the mixture one cup at a time to make it foamier and more enjoyable to drink.
