Chamomile Hot Cocoa for Relaxing Sleep
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 T. Dried chamomile flowers from @mountainroseherbs
- 1 T. Cocoa powder
- 2 T. Pure maple syrup
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 t. Orange peel powder
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let steep for ten minutes.
Remove the tea bags and add additional sweetener if desired, such as honey or maple syrup.
If you have a milk frother, froth the mixture one cup at a time to make it foamier and more enjoyable to drink.
