Butter Masala Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 2 corn cobs, cut in halves
- 1 pint water
- 1 pint oat milk
- 3 tablespoons purefreefrom dairy free butter
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chaat masala
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Preparation
Add corn to a pot with water, oat milk and 1 tablespoon butter. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool.
Make spiced butter by melting together 2 tablespoons purefreefrom dairy free butter spiced with chilli and chaat masala and seasoned with salt.
Add lime juice to the melted butter.
Dip the corn in butter and grill, brushing on more spiced butter.
