Easy Gluten Free Sundried Tomato Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sundried tomato in oil, with half in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- Handful fresh basil
- Small handful coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup hot water (from the pasta) + plus if needed
Preparation
Blend all until very smooth.
Serve with gluten-free pasta of your choice.
Make extra servings so you have dinner ready for the next day and just heat it up.
