Vegetable Masala Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli
  • 1 teaspoon mustard oil
  • Salt (for boiling)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • French beans
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Green chillies
  • Garlic
  • Sweet corn
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 packet Masala-e-Magic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for topping

Preparation

  1. Boil the vermicelli for 5 minutes with 1 teaspoon of mustard oil and salt, then strain it with cold water and spread it on a plate.

  2. Cut the vegetables (1 onion, 1 tomato, french beans, carrots, mushrooms, green chillies, garlic, sweet corns) and boil them for about 2 minutes until slightly cooked.

  3. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a kadai, add the onions, and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Then add the other vegetables and stir well.

  4. Add the spices: 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 packet of Masala-e-Magic, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Stir well until the spices are cooked.

  5. Add the boiled sewai and toss it with the vegetables for approximately 3 minutes.

  6. Serve the Masala Sewai topped with coriander leaves.
