Delicious Masala Macaroni with Vegetables and Spices
Ingredients
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oil (for boiling)
- Oil (for pan)
- Chopped onions
- Ginger garlic paste
- Tomato puree
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maggi masala-e-magic
- 1/2 teaspoon macaroni masala
- Boiled macaroni
- Boiled sweet corn
- French beans
- Coriander leaves
Preparation
Boil the macaroni with salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil until lightly soft.
Drain the water and rinse with cold water to remove stickiness.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste until light brown.
Add tomato puree and spices: 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon maggi masala-e-magic, 1/2 teaspoon macaroni masala. Stir well for 2 minutes.
Add the boiled macaroni along with boiled sweet corn and french beans. Stir well for 3 minutes.
Add coriander leaves as topping.
Serve with Schezwan Chutney.
