Spinach Paneer Curry Indian Style
Ingredients
- Spinach
- Paneer
- Garlic
- Green chillies
- Onions
- Tomato
- Oil
- Coriander powder (1/2)
- Kitchen king Masala (1/2)
- Turmeric powder (1/4)
- Red Chilli powder (1/4)
- Salt to taste
- Water
Preparation
Boil the spinach in a pan for 5 minutes on high flame, filter it from water and grind it with garlic and green chillies.
Cut the paneer into cubes.
Chop the onions and tomato.
Add oil in pan and then add chopped onions and tomato, add spices: 1/2 coriander powder, 1/2 kitchen king masala, 1/4 turmeric powder, 1/4 red chilli powder, salt as per taste.
Cook it until all the masala is well cooked.
Then add the spinach puree and cook it until it becomes a thick gravy.
Now add some water and then the paneer cubes.
Cook it for 5 minutes.
Serve this dish with hot chapatis.
