Air-Fried Papad Paneer Rolls

Ingredients

  • Paneer, cut into stick shape
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Red chilli powder, as per taste
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4-5 papad
  • Water, to dip papad

Preparation

  1. Take paneer cut into stick shape in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.

  3. Add red chilli powder as per taste.

  4. Add a pinch of turmeric powder.

  5. Add salt as per taste.

  6. Add chopped coriander.

  7. Add 1 teaspoon oil.

  8. Mix well to coat the masala on the paneer and set aside.

  9. Take 4-5 papad and slightly dip them in water.

  10. Take one papad, place a piece of marinated paneer on it, and roll the papad around it.

  11. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining rolls.

  12. Place parchment paper in the air fryer and grease with oil.

  13. Place the rolls in the air fryer and brush oil over them.

  14. Air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  15. Check once after 7 minutes and flip the rolls.

  16. Once done, take them out on a serving plate.

  17. Sprinkle red chilli powder on top.

  18. Serve and enjoy with green chutney.

Tips

  1. This recipe can also be made in a microwave or oven instead of an air fryer.
