3-Ingredient Chocolate Banana Brownies

Ingredients

  • 140g bananas (about 2)
  • 200g chocolate spread
  • 50g flour (T55 or gluten-free)
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. In a plate, crush the bananas with a fork.

  2. Incorporate the chocolate spread then add the flour little by little while mixing.

  3. Oil and flour a 16cm Pyrex mold.

  4. Pour the mixture into it and bake for 12 minutes at 180°C in an air fryer or 20 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
